Rope access is one of the most time and cost effective methods of undertaking all high level building maintenance works and facilities management.

Rope access is statistically the safest method of working at height. Vertex’s IRATA trained operatives are assessed a maximum of every 3 years for work at height competence. Further to this, Vertex Rope Access pride ourselves on ensuring we have the most highly trained workforce in the building maintenance sector.

Vertex’s operatives hold as a minimum the following qualifications:

  • CSCS

  • IPAF 3a and 3b

  • Confined Space

  • Asbestos

  • First Aid

  • Manual Handling

  • PASMA

Our IRATA Level 3 site supervisors also hold:

  • SSSTS; or

  • SMSTS

  • CDM 2015

Vertex’s teams always consist of at least 1No experienced IRATA Level 3, and mobilised with operatives specialising and qualified in the task at hand. Vertex’s workforce include the following qualified and skilled tradespeople:
